On the first day of our 4-Day Morocco Desert tour from Marrakech to Agadir our driver will pick you up in the morning from your hotel/riad in Marrakech and drive crossing the high atlas mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka (2260m), and heading towards Ait benhaddou village, the fortified ksar with its beautiful kasbahs.
Ait benhaddou has served as a natural scenery for many movie producers on projects like Gladiator, the Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile and Game of Thrones among others.
After lunch, we will head towards Dades Valley through Ouarzazate, the palm grove of skoura and Valley of Roses, where we will spend our first night.
After breakfast on the morning of the 2nd day of our 4-Day Morocco Desert tour from Marrakech to Agadir, we will continue our journey, taking the road of 1000 kasbahs and driving around the colorful berber villages of Dades Valley to get to Tingher where we will visit and explore its beautiful palm grove.
Next, we will continue towards Todras gorges, “the magnificent canyons of Morocco”, where we will go trekking along the canyons of about 300 m high, a preferred place for mountain climbers.
After having lunch on the way, we will head towards the Erg Chebbi dunes right in the heart of the Merzouga Sahara desert.
Once we arrive at the Erg chebbi dunes, we will go camel riding to our desert camp where you have a private tent and delicious dinner. We will stop on our way to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets overlooking the golden sands of an endless Sahara, enjoy the scenery and take pictures.
After a quiet and memorable night in the dunes of the Sahara desert, we will wake up bright and early on the 3rd day of our 4-Day Morocco Desert tour from Marrakech to Agadir to catch a magical sunrise rising over the stunning Sahara dunes.
After a delicious breakfast and a warm shower, we leave the Erg chebbi desert traveling towards Rissani to explore the tourist area, including the mausoleum of moulay ali cherif and the beautiful palm grove.
Then, we will have lunch in the nkoub area before continuing to Ouarzazate through the Draa valley, one of the biggest palm groves of morocco.
Once we arrive in Ouarzazate, we will check-in our riad/hotel where we will have dinner and spend the night.
On the 4th and last day of our 4-Day Morocco Desert tour from Marrakech to Agadir, we will leave Ouarzazate driving through the beautiful town of Taznakht and heading towards Agadir where we will part ways.
