    Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Ziz Valley

    To start our 2-Day Sahara Desert tour from Fes to Erg Chebbi our driver will pick you up from your hotel/riad in Fes and drive you through the captivating landscapes and natural views of the middle atlas mountains to visit some of Morocco’s most beautiful nature and green destinations.

    First, we will pass by the lovely town of Immouzer on our way to the city of Ifrane also known as “the Moroccan little Switzerland”. Our team will then take you through the french-style city, enjoying its cool weather and fascinating architecture.

    Next, we will visit Azrou, a berber town where we will get to learn about its ancient culture, wander through its magnificent cedar forest, get some fresh air and play with the little tricky monkeys. 

    We will then continue to midlet, the berber village of rocks, where we will have a delicious traditional berber lunch, and learn more about the ancient berber moroccan culture.

    Last, we continue on our journey towards Merzouga, the golden gate of the Sahara, where we will take our camels on a spectacular trek to catch and witness the magical sunset and the sensational calm of the Sahara Desert. 

    We will spend the night in an exotic Desert Camp in the middle of the curving dunes, where we would gather around the campfire, enjoy Berber music, and stare at the captivating starry night sky.

    Day 2: Merzouga – Erfoud – Ziz gorges – Azrou – Fes

    On the 2nd and last day of our 2-Day Sahara Desert tour from Fes to Erg Chebbi, we will wake up early in the morning to catch the day’s sunrise and admire a majestic view over the golden sands of an endless sahara. 

    After breakfast and a warm relaxing shower, we will leave Merzouga towards Rissani, the home founder of the Moroccan ruling dynasty and we will visit its colorful souks and ancient culture.

    Next, we will pursue our drive back to Fes passing by Erfoud and the dramatic views of Ziz Gorges, as well as the high cliffs of the middle atlas mountains and charming cool nature. We will stop on the way for lunch.

    At the end of our 2-Day Desert tour from Fes to Erg Chebbi, our driver will take you back to your hotel in the imperial city and mark the end of our unforgettable short trip together.
